Construction Scheduler

Responsible for developing and managing project schedule. Defining project tasks, estimating the resources needed, and creating a timeline. Track project progress, identify potential delays, and work with stakeholders to ensure that projects remain within scope. Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality and safety standards.

Receptionist

  • Greeting visitors

  • Managing telecommunications systems

  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence

  • Transferring calls as necessary

  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time

  • Receiving, sorting, distributing and dispatching daily mail

  • Preparing vouchers

  • Handling transcriptions, printing, photocopying and faxing

  • Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment and furniture

  • Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers

Civil Engineer - Senior Level

Advanced engineering duties associated with the design, construction, or maintenance of roads, bridges, buildings, dams, or related hydrologic structures, water or sewage treatment facilities, structural life support systems, commonwealth facilities, or other civil engineering projects, transportation planning, traffic control of highways, or construction materials testing or sampling. Independently performing or monitoring preliminary engineering studies and foundation investigations, and preparing plans and specifications. Work may include functioning as a coordinator or administrator for a specialized district or statewide engineering function. 

CP Engineer - Entry Level

  • Plan and perform duties involved with testing, evaluation and installation of cathodic protection (CP) systems

  • Gather structure-to-soil potential data, soil measurements and rectifier data

  • Prepare survey reports including service recommendations

  • Sketch physical features of installation sites

  • Prepare charts and tables from survey/inspection data

  • Diagnose and recommend remedies for system deficiencies observed during surveys

  • Provide maintenance of field test equipment, ensure good operating condition and complete minor repairs when needed

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Site Safety and Health Officer

Plans and conducts an environmental and occupational health and injury prevention safety program; evaluates specific needs in areas of health and safety; reviews and investigates all industrial injuries, monitors and recommends corrective actions for unsafe practices or conditions; takes immediate action to correct seriously unsafe conditions; interprets State, Federal, and local environmental health and safety regulations; interprets departmental operating policies and standards; and advises management on current methods and techniques in the health and safety field.

Carpenter

Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials. Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes. Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. Instruct and direct laborers and other construction helpers.
